A Certified Site is a property that meets the Smart About Salt Council (SASC) criteria for designation.
Application Process
- Review the Site Designation Guide
- Complete the Site Self Assessment Worksheet
- Submit the Site Designation Application Form
Eligible Sites
- Institutional properties such as government or schools
- Multi-unit residential buildings such as condominiums, apartments and townhouse complexes
- Industrial and commercial properties such as shopping plazas, large factories, arenas and light industrial complexes.
