In order to be listed, these companies have committed to having staff members pass the “Essentials of Salt Management” award-winning training (available online and in class) within the last five (5) years and submit an annual report verifying that they manage their salting operations to reduce the amount of salt they apply and use Smart About Salt Certified Contracting Companies and/or Accredited Operators to maintain the safety of their clients.
